Eliyahu Bros. - Matitiahu, Joseph and David Eliyahu, were born to a Zionist Jewish family in Corfu, Greece. At the beginning of 1914, as a result of anti-Semitism, Matitiahu took his younger brother Joseph - then aged 15, and went on a journey to Palestine. The brothers decided to open an office supply store in Jaffa. Among their activities were the representation of Parker Pens and a postcard publishing house, that published and distributed hundreds of postcards with views of Eretz Israel. These postcards were high quality cards printed in Europe and were black & white and color,. During the years 1920 - 1936 the Eliyahu Bros. published over 700 different postcards.
